1. Do you ship within the United Kingdom?

Yes, we offer delivery across the United Kingdom. Our standard shipping time is between 2 to 4 business days, depending on location and order volume.

2. Is free shipping available?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders £30.00 and above. For orders under this amount, a flat-rate shipping fee will apply, which is calculated at checkout.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal as our sole payment method. PayPal offers secure, encrypted transactions, and allows payment via PayPal balance or major debit/credit cards.

4. How long does it take to process and ship orders?

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
